Submission

Below are the rules and regulations that must be observed.

• Each group must consist of no more than five members, including the supervisor / leader / mentor.
• The Innovation Presentation Video must include the iDRIVE '25 Introductory Video.
• The length of the video must be no more than 10 minutes, including the iDRIVE '25 Introductory Video and credits.
• Upload your video to YouTube (ensure the video is Unlisted or Public) and share the link of the video during submission.
• Participants that choose to include a Technical Paper must conform to the iDRIVE '25 Technical Paper Template.
• The paper can only be written in either Malay / English.
• The paper must be original and must be submitted in the Microsoft Office Word / OpenOffice / RTF file format.
• The paper must be no less than six pages, including an abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices.
• Judging will not be carried out without payment confirmation.
• No request for reevaluation will be entertained after the results are announced. All results are final.
• No refund will be processed after payment confirmation.
• Participation from primary and secondary school students will not be counted in the Ministry of Education's PAJSK.

Each project will be evaluated based on the category of the participants. The items that will be assessed are listed below.
