Author Guidelines

iDRIVE Conference OR OIC CERT Cyber Security Special Publication 

  • Submission ONLY accept article as per given template.
  • Submission MUST be in English.
  • Paper must conform to Article Template 
  • The paper must be original and sent in Microsoft Office Word, Open Office or RTF document file format.
  • The paper must be written in English within 8-12 single-spaced pages, including an abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices. Additional pages will be subject to additional cost.
  • Abstracts without the complete paper will NOT be accepted.
  • Final paper have to be submitted for publication after review process.
  • Final paper submitted after the given deadline or unresponsiveness from author during review process might cause article to be rejected and NO REFUND will be processed.

iDRIVE Virtual Innovation Exhibition

  • Submit only Presentation Video and Extended Abstract.
  • Choose from any category from Academician, School, Industry or Higher Education Students.
  • Each group consist of NOT MORE THAN 6 people INCLUDING Mentor.
  • Video length: NOT MORE THAN 10 minutes INCLUDING Introductory Video and credits. 
  • Upload your video to YouTube channel (ensure the video is Unlisted or Public) and share the URL link during submission.
  • Submission of extended abstract CAN be in Malay or English.
  • Extended abstract must conform to the given Template 
  • The paper must be original and sent in Microsoft Office Word, Open Office or RTF document file format.
  • The extended abstract paper must be written in Malays or English maksimum 4 single-spaced pages, including an abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices.
  • Judging will NOT BE processed WITHOUT payment confirmation.
  • NO REQUEST FOR RECHECK will be entertained after announcement. All results are final by judge. 
  • NO REFUND will be processed after payment confirmation.
