Fees, registration and payment guidelines.

Fees

The following is the fee per project, depending on the participant category.

Category Fee
Category A: Primary and Secondary School Students MYR 150   MYR 100   Promotion
Category B: Tertiary Education Institution Students MYR 250   MYR 125   Promotion
Category C: Professional / Industry Participants MYR 300   MYR 150   Promotion
Category D: International Participants USD 70   USD 35   Promotion

You will need to submit an innovation presentation video for each project. Additionally, you can submit a technical paper, which will be published in a book of chapters, for an additional fee of MYR 50.

Notice

Participants who registered before 20 May 2025 will receive the following complimentary:

  • MYR 50 voucher for Category A
  • 50% off voucher for Categories B, C and D

These vouchers are to be redeemed during the iDRIVE '26 online registration.

Receipts must be submitted as proof of payment. Participants need to scan the receipt and convert it into the PDF file format, then upload it to the online form below. Our secretariat will respond within seven working days after the payment has been confirmed.
